Aaron brings over 20 years of experience in owning and operating several successful businesses across a diverse range of industries. Aaron is responsible for overseeing the business operations and overall performance by providing strong leadership, strategic guidance, and clear direction to key management personnel.
Ben Tana
Ben brings over 20 years of extensive knowledge and experience in Property, specialising in the sale and leasing of retail property. Ben understands the needs of his clients and sets the highest standard for their assets. Ben is a Member of the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce, holds a Diploma in Property Services and a Security Industry Licence.

Susan brings over 16 years of experience in senior financial management roles across a diverse range of private Australian-owned, ASX-listed and international companies. Susan leads by example, has strong stakeholder focus, and promotes an inclusive culture. Susan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and of Women on Boards.
Andrew Quenby
Andrew brings over 30 years of finance, management and business experience across manufacturing, aviation, agriculture and building technology in the commercial and retail real-estate sector. Andrew is responsible for developing roles. By closing the gap between vision and delivery, Andrew's role is key to bringing HT success.
