Covid-19 Control Methods

HT Services is committed to reducing the spread of COVID-19 and has developed an Employee Risk Reduction Policy to ensure as a company, we are doing our part to reduce the spread of the virus.

In addition to the new policy for our employees, the following initiatives have been developed to reduce the risk of COVID-19 within our contracts:​

  1. Increased frequency of cleaning to all touch points and high risk areas including handrails, door knobs and handles, door faceplates, lift buttons etc.

  2. Information sessions and refresher courses to employees on personal and hand hygiene

  3. HT Services employees are encouraged to continue wearing gloves at all times, replacing them regularly

  4. Employees are encouraged to continue having a seasonal influenza vaccination to reduce the risk of contracting the regular seasonal influenza.

  5. Upon release of a COVID-19 vaccination, HT Services will encourage all staff to vaccinate themselves against the virus.

We recommend the following initiatives be taken by Landlords:

  1. Installation of hand sanitizer dispensers at all entries, lobbies and lifts

  2. Installation of face mask dispensers at all entries, lobbies and lifts

  3. Distribution of hand hygiene posters to all bathrooms for education on the correct procedures to reduce the spread of germs

  4. Full disinfection of common and tenanted areas


HT Services are able to supply and install the above hygiene solutions.


Additional Services

Additional cleaning services are available for confirmed Pandemic cases in addition to adhoc sanitation cleaning services for Office Common Areas, Tenancies and Shopping Centers.
